SHIPPING

All items are insured and come with a tracking number. If for some reason your item arrives in anything less than 100% awesome condition, please keep shipping packaging and item and contact me immediately. I will need both the item and the packaging to start the insurance reimbursement process. 

PROCESSING

I am notified immediately when you purchase an item. I will send you an email saying I have received your order.  Unless it is a holiday or a weekend, your order will go out the following day. If you placed your order over the weekend, your order will ship on Monday. If you ordered on a holiday your order will go out the next available day that the post is up and running. When your order is packaged for shipping, I will send out another email with a tracking number, so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. 

RETURN POLICY

I strive to be 100% forthcoming in my product details. Measurements will always be made available and I try to capture what the product looks like in my photography using different kinds of lighting. That being said, sometimes ya just can't get hues and tones. So far everyone I have sold to in the past 24 years says what arrives is even better than the photos. But maybe, just maybe, something arrives and is not at all what you thought it was going to be. No worries.  After receiving the item, you have a week to decide if you want to return it. If you want to return it, you can ship it back to me and I will refund your money, minus the shipping fee monies it took to send it to you. If you feel the need to return something, you will only be refunded the cost of the item. 

MY ART

I am a one woman show. I make, market and ship everything in my shop myself. Handmade items are full of character and whimsy. They will not have a mass produced look about them, because they are not. Each piece is one of a kind and can not be duplicated. I strive for happy customers who want to collect or share my art with loved ones.
